Gallstones are caused when stored bile hardens and is unable to freely pass through the common bile duct and is a sign of poor digestive health. Those at higher risk are women, obese individuals and the elderly. It is important to seek medical advice if you feel you have gallstones, and there are several different medical options, both surgical and non surgical. Preventative measures can be taken which may formation of gallstones. Eat a balanced diet, high in nutrients and fiber and avoid sugary and processed foods. Exercise on a regular basis and control your weight. Proper digestive aids, colostrum and cleansers will help keep your system flushed, free of toxins and will promote proper digestive health.
