June 15, 2007, Newsletter Issue #68: What are candida symptoms?

Tip of the Week

A candida yeast infection is difficult to diagnosis, and presents itself with a large variety of symptoms. These symptoms can mimic other ailments, but the underlying cause could be due to a candida albicans overgrowth. Some of the more common symptoms include fatigue, rashes/itchy skin, muscle aches and pains, mood swings and depression, digestion problems, allergies, shortness of breath, headaches, eczema, loss of sex drive, craving for sugars, breads and alcohol, fungal infections and joint pain. Regardless of what symptoms you are showing, they will worsen in damp, humid weather.
